Hygiene Manager (nights)
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the Night Hygiene Team,
* Maintain hygiene manuals, cleaning schedules, and training records
* Support site audits and quality compliance (BRC, HACCP)
* Manage pest control, environmental monitoring, and consumables
* Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar hygiene role in food manufacturing
* People management experience
* Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and cleaning procedures
* Level 2 & 3 Food Safety & Hygiene, HACCP Level 2 (Level 3 desirable)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
