ICT Apprentice
KEY DUTIES –
* Assisting the Technical Service Owner function as part of the Global IT Application support services
* Contribute to an efficient and effective Support service, including adhering to Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators and other measures that promote a valuable support service to the business
* Review tickets within Service Management, driving and managing service acceptance using established priorities
* Undertakes daily operational checks (Incident, requests & Problem) as defined and trained by the wider team
