Billing Administrator - Manchester City Centre

£25,000 + Bonus (OTE around £28,000) Full‑time | Onsite | Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

We're partnering with a growing Manchester‑based business to recruit a Billing Handler for their finance team. What the Role Involves

You'll be part of a busy, collaborative team responsible for ensuring billing is accurate, timely, and compliant. Your work will directly support the wider operation and help maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.

Your day will include:

Processing repair invoices and ensuring they meet internal and external requirements

Checking charges against agreed rates and authorisations

Working with repair garages and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies

Handling billing queries from colleagues and external stakeholders

Keeping internal systems updated with accurate financial data

Managing a shared inbox and prioritising daily tasks

Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly

Ensuring all work meets compliance and regulatory standards

Building strong working relationships with referrers and negotiating when needed

Staying informed on relevant legislation and industry changes

What We're Looking For

This role suits someone who has worked in insurance, claims, customer service, or administrative roles where accuracy and communication are key.
