We are currently supporting a well-established manufacturing business in Corby with the appointment of an Interim ERP Implementation Project Lead to support an ongoing system rollout.
This is a hands-on role, requiring someone who can take ownership of the project on-site, working closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
The Role
*
Lead the ongoing ERP implementation across the business
*
Manage timelines, risks, resources, and delivery milestones
*
Work closely with production, supply chain, finance, and IT teams
*
Act as the key point of contact for external vendors
*
Oversee testing, data migration, and system integration
*
Drive user adoption and support change across the site
*
Provide clear updates to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven ERP implementation experience within manufacturing or production environments
*
Strong knowledge of systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
*
Confident managing stakeholders at all levels
*
Experience delivering projects in fast-paced, operational settings
*
Hands-on, proactive approach with a focus on delivery
