Bright Star Talent is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Intervention Teaching Assistant to support pupils as they prepare for their SATs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about boosting attainment and helping children build confidence in core subjects.

🎯 Your Role Will Include

* Leading small group and 1:1 intervention sessions.

* Supporting pupils with English and Maths SATs preparation.

* Reinforcing key skills in reading, writing, and numeracy.

* Working closely with teachers to deliver targeted support.

* Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback.

* Encouraging a positive and focused learning mindset.

* Has experience working in a primary school setting.

* Understands KS1 and KS2 SATs expectations.

* Can engage and motivate learners of different abilities.

* Is patient, adaptable, and proactive.
