It Support
The role is based primarily in Reading, although you may initially spend time in Stoke helping to optimise and improve existing systems before transitioning into a Reading-focused position.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering reliable IT support and driving improvements across infrastructure and end-user systems. Reporting to the VP/Director in Reading, you’ll also have a dotted-line relationship with the US-based CIO, offering exposure to international IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, and network environments
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple sites
* Support system upgrades, maintenance, and optimisation projects
* Assist in improving IT processes and overall efficiency
* Collaborate with UK leadership and US IT teams

* Strong all-round IT support experience (hardware + software)
* Comfortable working across multiple locations when required
* Proactive mindset with a focus on improving systems and processes
* Strong communication skills, able to work with both local and international stakeholders
