IT Technician (2nd Line Support)
Requirements:
* Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support.
* Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and basic networking.
* Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory & user/device administration.
* Exposure to server administration, backups & routine maintenance tasks.
* Ability to monitor systems & maintain technical documentation.
* Provide first line IT support, log, investigate, resolve user incidents & service requests within agreed SLAs, escalating to higher support levels when needed.
* Troubleshoot common software, hardware, & network issues faced by users, providing clear guidance and resolutions.
