RTL Group are a successful recruitment company specialising in the construction and renewable energy sectors, and we're looking for a Junior Payroll Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team in Bromley.

No previous payroll experience is required – full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for a school or college leaver looking to build a long-term career.

The Role

As a Junior Payroll Assistant, you'll receive full training while supporting our payroll team with the day-to-day processing of contractor payroll. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable office experience and develop specialist payroll skills within a growing recruitment business.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the weekly processing of contractor payroll.

*

Processing timesheets and ensuring information is accurate.

*

Entering and maintaining payroll data.

*

Responding to contractor payroll queries by phone and email.

*

Supporting payroll administration and compliance tasks.

*

Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

*

Providing administrative support to the wider payroll team.

*

Learning payroll systems and processes through full on-the-job training.

About You
