Are you a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity within a primary school?
Aspire People are currently recruiting for a KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in Shrewsbury on a full-time, long-term basis, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

🌟 The Role
Supporting pupils across Key Stage 2
Working alongside the class teacher to support learning and development
Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required
Supporting pupils with their academic, social and emotional development
Helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
Supporting children with SEND needs
Building strong and positive relationships with pupils and staff
Assisting with classroom activities and helping pupils to stay engaged and motivated
🎓 About You
Ideally, you will have:
A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching & Learning / Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification
Previous experience working within a primary school or education setting
Experience supporting children with SEND
A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their potential
A patient, caring and nurturing approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
No formal qualification? No problem! Strong and relevant experience working with children will also be considered.
