Kiln Operator (4 on 4 off)

Be Personnel and our client are happy to announce the vacancy of a Kiln Operator on a temp to permanent contract basis. Working for our client, the worlds largest Atlantic Salmon producer offers great exposure to a globally operating business

Responsibilities include:

* Rinsing trolleys of fish

* Weighing trolleys of fish and recording weights against tare weights

* Taking of Temperature controls & recording on CCP controlled Documents

* Plan & Manage workloads within a small team

* Move in a controlled process trolleys of fish

* Use of programmed Kilns

* Smoking / Cooking of fish through Kilns

* CCP Cooling controls

* Inputting data on PC

* Mixing of dusts to specification

* Cleaning of Smoke Generators

Required skills:

* Positive attitude to safety is essential

* Attention to detail

* Organized, systematic approach

* Good communicator

* Computer skills
