Primary Teacher (KS1 or KS2)

Location: Brent, North West London
Start Date: ASAP or September 2026
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

An ambitious and fast-paced primary school in Brent is looking for a confident and energetic Primary Teacher to join their team. About the Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

* Take responsibility for a KS1 or KS2 class and drive progress across the curriculum

* Deliver structured and engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners

* Set clear expectations for learning, behaviour and achievement

* Use assessment data to quickly identify gaps and accelerate progress

* Create a purposeful classroom environment focused on learning and outcomes

* Work closely with support staff to ensure targeted intervention and support

* Build effective communication with parents to support pupil progress

* Contribute to whole-school initiatives and improvement priorities

What We’re Looking For

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

* Experience teaching in a primary setting (KS1 or KS2)

* A teacher who is confident managing behaviour and maintaining high expectations

* Ability to plan effectively and teach with clarity and structure

* A resilient, proactive and reflective approach to teaching

* Strong organisational skills and a focus on pupil progress

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
