Apply NowMonarch Education is working with a primary school in Aston that is looking to appoint a KS2 Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This is a full‑time role within Key Stage 2, and the school is open to applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers.
About the Role
The school is seeking someone who can take responsibility for a KS2 class and deliver high‑quality teaching that supports pupils' learning and progress.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
Creating a positive and structured learning environment
Assessing and tracking pupil progress
Working closely with the phase team and support staff
Contributing to school life, meetings, and wider activities
Maintaining clear communication with parents and carers
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Confidence teaching KS2
Strong classroom management and clear communication
Ability to plan effectively and support pupils of varying abilities
A professional approach and commitment to pupil progress
ECTs are fully welcomed to apply
