The Role:
Supporting pupils across KS2 with their learning and development.
Delivering targeted support in the classroom and working with small groups where required.
Working closely with the class teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
Has previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within KS2.
Is proactive, patient and confident supporting pupils with a range of learning needs.
Has strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
