Labourer

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Labourer to join a reputable scaffolding company based in Wickford, Essex. This role is critical to supporting the smooth operation of various scaffolding projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality are maintained at all times. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced scaffolders and team leaders, assisting with the preparation, movement, and maintenance of scaffolding materials. We value a proactive attitude and a strong work ethic, and although previous scaffolding experience is preferred, a background in labouring within construction environments will also be considered. The role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills further within a supportive team environment in the private sector.

Previous experience in a labouring role within construction or scaffolding preferred

Valid CSCS card is essential; CISRS card is advantageous but not mandatory

Full 5-point PPE kit required (hardhat, high-visibility vest, safety boots, gloves, eye protection)

Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively on-site

Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious attitude
