Lead Generation Executive
The responsibilities of the Lead Generation Executive include but are not limited to:
* Generate high volumes of qualified appointments through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
* Conduct thorough discovery to understand client needs, timelines, and potential fit before handover.
* Prepare prospects for engagement and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
* Manage a small early-stage pipeline and follow up until handover to Business Development Managers.
* Mentor new team members and contribute to role plays, best practice sharing, and team development.

* Proven experience in lead generation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication and questioning skills with a confident telephone manner.
