What you'll be doing:
Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
Helping students with SEND access learning
Assisting the class teacher in lessons
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
Supporting pupils' academic and social development
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children or young people (school experience preferred)
Is caring, reliable, and proactive
Communicates well with staff and students
Is committed to safeguarding
Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS📌 Qualifications are desirable but not essential
