Learning Support Assistant (LSA) We are seeking a caring and committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team. The successful candidate will support pupils in accessing learning and help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting pupils individually and in small groups during lessons

Helping pupils understand tasks and stay engaged in learning

Providing additional support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN) where required

Assisting the teacher with preparing learning resources and classroom organisation

Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting pupils’ social and emotional development

The successful candidate will:

Have experience working with children or young people (school experience desirable)

Be patient, supportive, and able to build positive relationships with pupils

Have good communication and teamwork skills

Be committed to supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing

This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils in their learning and development as part of a supportive school team
