Level 3 Practitioner

Revive Education is recruiting on behalf of a nursery in the CB21 area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, passionate team in a warm, nurturing environment where children aged 6 months to 5 years thrive through exploration, independence, and joyful learning.

We are seeking Level 3 qualified Early Years practitioners. Montessori-qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. Career progression and CPD support is available, including Level 5 and Montessori courses.

The nursery is on a bus route (no nearby trains), offers on-site parking, and provides cooked meals for staff.

Available Roles:

Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified) – £24,000–£30,000 per year

*

Montessori Directress 0–3 (Montessori-qualified required) – £26,000–£32,000 per year

*

Montessori Directress 3–6 (Montessori-qualified required) – £26,000–£32,000 per year

*

Baby Room Leader – £24,000–£30,000 per year

*

Toddler Room Leader – £24,000–£30,000 per year
