HELLO ORIENTAL is opening a brand-new Pan-Asian restaurant in new location in Wigan, and we're looking for 2 enthusiastic Line Chefs to join our opening team! Whether you've already worked in a kitchen or you're looking to develop your cooking skills, this could be a brilliant opportunity to get involved from the very beginning.
What you'll be doing:
* 🍜 Preparing and cooking delicious Pan-Asian dishes
* 🥢 Learning our menu and food preparation techniques
* 🔥 Working alongside an experienced Head Chef
* 👨🍳 Helping deliver great food during busy service
* ✅ Keeping your workstation clean, organised and ready to go
* 🙌 Being part of a friendly, hardworking kitchen team
What we're looking for:
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* A genuine interest in food and cooking
* Someone reliable, hardworking and a great team player
* Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Full-time availability and reliable transport to Wigan
* Available to begin training immediately
Kitchen or hospitality experience would be great, but it's not essential – training will be provided!
What's on offer?
💰 Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum
📍 Location: Grand Arcade Shopping Centre, Wigan
🕒 Hours: Full-time, working within an 11am–10pm operating window
👨🍳 Training: Provided
🚀 Start: Immediate training
