Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Job Description: Trident Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Inpatient Physiotherapist for a locum assignment based at Crewe. The successful candidate will independently manage a caseload of rehab patients and support the patients towards discharge from wards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of Rehab patients

• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and onward referrals

• Carry out clinical administration tasks

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experienced NHS Rehabilitation Physiotherapist

• Experience with discharge planning

• Experience using e‑referrals (desirable)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone and email

Essential Requirements:

• Candidates must have NHS experience

• Candidates must hold HCPC registration
