Logistics Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our clients team - we are keen to hear from anyone who is a recent graduate OR has logistics administration experience.

Role
Liaise effectively with nominated customers to ensure all requirements are met in line with their SOPs, capturing all details accurately and on time in accordance with internal procedures.
Update SOPs and internal operating procedures whenever service changes occur.
Attend customer meetings when required and maintain a high standard of service and relationship management.
Respond promptly and professionally to queries from internal colleagues, customs, and customers.Requirements
Ideally, experience within logistics, supply chain, or working knowledge of UK customs regulations. However, full training will be provided for less experienced candidates.
Strong customer service skills and a proactive, helpful attitude.
Good IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, numerical, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
