Logistics Team Leader

Are you a hands-on leader with experience in fast-paced logistics or warehouse operations?
We’re looking for a Logistics Shift Leader to join a high-performing operation, leading from the front and driving both team engagement and operational excellence.
The role:
* Lead, motivate and develop a team within a busy warehouse environment
* Drive performance against KPIs including productivity, accuracy and service
* Plan and organise daily operations to meet deadlines and business needs
* Deliver clear communication through team briefings and shift huddles
* Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of your team
* Manage performance, absence and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with all operational processes, policies and HSE standards
* Work collaboratively with other Shift Leaders to ensure smooth daily operations
What we’re looking for:
* Experience supervising or managing teams within logistics/warehouse environments
* A strong people leader who creates an inclusive, engaging team culture
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting
* Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused
* Confident communicator with a hands-on approach
* PC literate, comfortable using Microsoft Office
