We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative to join our client's team in Ross-on-Wye. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company specialising in the production of filters and other products.
The Role:
You will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in the manufacturing process. The role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
Monitoring product quality to ensure standards are met
Carrying out basic machine adjustments where required
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
Previous machine operating or production experience preferred (but not essential)
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work as part of a team
What's on Offer:
Monday to Friday - no weekend work
Full-time hours (8am - 5pm)
Ongoing work with potential for long-term opportunities
