Machine Operative

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for Machine Operators on behalf of our client based in Witham, on a temp to perm basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery within a production environment. Immediate start available.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery

• Setting and adjusting machines as required

• Monitoring production output and quality

• Carrying out basic maintenance and cleaning

• Identifying and reporting faults

• Working to production targets

• Maintaining a safe working environment

• Following company procedures and guidelines

Experience, education & qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience preferred

• Mechanical aptitude

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable and hard working

• Team player

Hours: Monday to Friday, full time

Salary: Up to £13.50 per hour

Benefits: Temp to perm opportunity, training provided, weekly pay
