Apply NowProactive Personnel are working with a large manufacturer based in Ellesmere Port, to recruit an experienced Machine Operator for a temp to perm position within a friendly team.
Hours and Pay:
* 4 on 4 off, 2 days 2 nights
* 12 hour shifts
* £17.50 per hour, with opportunity to earn more through overtime
* Permanent role after a 12 week temporary probation
* Immediate start, following successful interview
The successful candidate will:
* Have strong experience operating heavy machinery within a fast paced environment
* Have worked in a similar production setting
* Be reliable and hardworking, and driven to hit KPIs as a team
* Be competent within a heavy manufacturing environment
* Work well as part of a team
