Machine Operator

We are currently recruiting Machine Operators to join a well-established manufacturing site based in the North West.

Assessment Process
The on-site assessment will include:

Brief CV-based interview

*

Highly sensitive urine drug test

Shift Patterns (rotational – full flexibility required)

Option 1: Monday to Friday

*

6am – 2pm

*

2pm – 10pm

*

10pm – 6am

Or

Option 2: 4 on / 4 off

*

6am – 6pm (days)

*

6pm – 6am (nights)
(2 days / 2 nights)

Role Overview

*

Progression to independent machine operation following full training

*

Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery in line with company standards and health & safety procedures

*

Adjusting machines and carrying out basic checks to ensure quality and efficiency

*

Meeting production targets in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

*

Manual packing and handling of finished products weighing up to 25kg
