Exciting opportunity to work for an globally recognisable FM Property company based in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to be based at a large commercial building near Fitzrovia. The successful candidate will be a qualified plumber with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out plumbing / mechanical planned and reactive maintenance across this large static site. Working with the maintenance team on site he or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, overtime, and the chance to work at this very unique and interesting site.
Package & Hours of Work
Up to £45,000 per annum
Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 16:30 pm
Overtime available
25 days holiday + BH

Duties and responsibilities
Repairing Toilets and Sinks
Unblocking Toilets
Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections
Pipework inspections and repairs
Minor installation works
Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs
Flexible in helping other trades on site
Planned and reactive works
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
General building fabric
Escort specialist subcontractors
Requirements
Plumbing qualified level 2 minimum
A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
Installation experience
Excellent customer service skills
Happy to cover a large site
