We are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join a large building services provider, covering a portfolio of commercial properties in and around the Romford area. This is a great opportunity to join a stable contract with long-term prospects and a supportive team environment.
Key Duties:
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems
Attending reactive call-outs across multiple commercial sites
Fault finding and repairing pipework, toilets, taps, and general water systems
Basic maintenance on heating systems (desirable but not essential)
Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
Providing excellent service to clients and site contacts Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
Proven experience in commercial maintenance environments
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence
Good communication and customer-facing skills Package:
£35,000 - £37,000 salary
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Company van & fuel card provided
