Are you an experienced manufacturing executive with the ability to lead a business—not just a factory?
We're recruiting on behalf of a global leader in advanced composites for a General Manager to lead one of its key manufacturing operations in the Philippines.
This is a rare opportunity to take full responsibility for a growing business, combining operational excellence with commercial leadership, strategic planning and financial accountability.
Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you'll lead a multidisciplinary management team across manufacturing, engineering, commercial, supply chain, finance, HR and quality, driving both operational performance and long-term business growth.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
* Full P&L ownership
* Manufacturing, engineering and operational leadership
* Developing and executing business strategy
* Driving Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
* Growing revenue and developing new markets
* Building relationships with major customers and strategic partners
* Leading investment, expansion and automation projects
* Developing high-performing leadership teams
* Ensuring world-class safety, quality and operational performance
We're Looking For
You'll ideally have experience leading medium to large manufacturing businesses within:
* Advanced composites
* Building products
* Automotive
* Rail
* Aerospace
* Industrial manufacturing
* Engineered products
You'll bring:
* 15+ years' manufacturing leadership experience
* Significant P&L responsibility
* Strong commercial and business development capability
* Experience leading multidisciplinary management teams
* Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement expertise
* Excellent financial and strategic business acumen
* The ability to build customer relationships and drive profitable growth
International experience within Asia or multinational manufacturing organisations would be highly advantageous.
