About the Role:
FirstAchieve are currently seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our client a global engineering company specialized in oil & gas, nuclear sector. This role involves operating manual turning equipment and lathe machines to produce high-quality precision components.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate manual lathes and turning machines
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Set up and adjust machines for accurate production
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
Maintain a clean and safe working environmentRequirements:
Proven experience as a manual machinist
Strong knowledge of manual turning and lathe operations
Ability to read technical drawings
High attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethicWhat We Offer:
