We are seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to;

* standardise engineering processes

* drive dimensional and process capability

* strengthen NPI execution

* support tooling development

* apply methodical problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making

What you will bring;

* Strong engineering fundamentals (materials, tolerancing, manufacturing processes)

* Process engineering, NPI, routings, CI methods

* Structured problem-solving mindset

* Leadership experience within an engineering environment

* Relevant engineering qualification

Additionally, we would especially like to hear from you if you have experience in;

* CAD

* Lean

* Customer-facing technical liaison
