Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm after 12 Weeks
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm

Responsibilities:
* Manufacture precise products in a cleanroom environment, adhering to stringent specifications and quality standards.
* Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product consistency and compliance.
* Accurately record process data, complete production logs, and document deviations.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve production output, yield targets, and continuous improvement goals.
* Maintain discipline in safety, housekeeping, and time management while adhering to cleanroom protocols.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues, reporting any process or equipment issues promptly.
Requirements:
* GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with precision.
* Team player with excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
* High level of responsibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing setting is advantageous (on-the-job training provided).
* Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, contamination control, and basic computer systems is beneficial
