Diagnose complex vehicle faults and carry out repairs to manufacturer standards
Perform vehicle servicing and maintenance
Support first-time fix targets and uphold workshop quality standards
Mentor and assist other technicians within the team
Conduct vehicle health checks and recommend additional work
Keep up-to-date with advancements in Hybrid and EV technologyRequirements of a Master Vehicle Technician:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Previous experience as a Master Vehicle Technician or Senior Diagnostic Technician
Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and repair skills
Manufacturer accreditation is advantageous
