Key Responsibilities:
* 3D CAD design
* Prototype, test, and validate designs
* Translate customer requirements into detailed specifications
* Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability
* Write technical proposals for new development projects
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Key Requirements:
* Background in special purpose machinery, automation, or capital equipment
* Proven experience in the full product lifecycle
* Expertise in 3D CAD design (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor)
* Strong knowledge of fabrication, machining, and assembly techniques
* Experience in pneumatics, moving parts and press tools would be beneficial
* Hands-on and practical approach to engineering
