About the Role
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Plumber to join a leading building maintenance provider at a large multi-tenanted site in East Kilbride.
You’ll be part of a skilled engineering team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems within a modern commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
*
Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems and building services equipment.
*
Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.
*
Fault-finding and remedial repairs on lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
*
Work alongside electrical and building services teams as part of a multi-skilled maintenance operation.
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation.
Requirements
*
Level 2 Mechanical or Plumbing certificate
*
Proven experience in a commercial or critical building environment.
*
Excellent fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently on shift.
*
Good communication and teamwork skills.
