Mechanical Estimator

Solution Search are currently working with a growing M&E contractor looking to strengthen their pre-construction team.

They are seeking a Mechanical Estimator to support tendering on a range of commercial and mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities:

* Preparing detailed cost estimates for mechanical packages

* Reviewing drawings and specifications

* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors

* Supporting bid submissions and value engineering

Requirements:

* Previous experience in mechanical estimating

* Strong commercial awareness

* Ability to interpret technical drawings

* Good communication skills

Package:

* £60,000 – £80,000 + package

* Hybrid working available

* UK-based candidates only
