Role: Locum work – flexible shifts available (days, nights, half shifts, weekdays & weekends)
We are looking for compassionate Mental Health Support Workers to support service users in a hospital.
Key Duties
* Provide personal care and emotional support
* Assist with daily living activities
* Promote independence and wellbeing
* Follow care plans and maintain a safe environment
* Use approved de-escalation techniques (PMVA/MAPA)
Requirements
* PMVA/MAPA training (mandatory)
* Previous mental health experience preferred
* Mandatory Training certificates
* Right to work in the UK
