We are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate and committed Tutors and Behaviour Mentors to work across SEN schools and alternative provisions in Newcastle and the surrounding areas.
Roles available:
SEN Tutors
* Deliver engaging, tailored learning sessions to meet individual needs.
* Support pupils with additional learning needs and EHCPs.
* Build confidence, develop essential skills and encourage positive learning outcomes.
Behaviour Mentors
* Support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs.
* Build positive, trusting relationships with young people.
* Promote emotional regulation, positive behaviour and engagement in education.
* Help pupils develop resilience, confidence and essential life skills.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs is desirable.
* A patient, nurturing and resilient approach.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
