Do you have experience in fabrication finishing, fettling or assembly and have supervised a team?
We are looking for an experienced Metal Finisher and Assembly leader, to work with a fabrication company within Nottinghamshire.
What you’ll be doing:
Working within and supervising a team
Grinding, deburring, metal finishing, aswell as fettling.
Assembly operations, quality control
Working with new staff members and training
Team support, production targets and working with higher management.Skills Experience
Previous team leading experience
Experience hands-on within fabrication
Able to work within a team and manage a team
