MIG and TIG welding and fabrication role

Role – MIG and TIG welder and fabricator
Location – Thetford, Norfolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday – full time hours
Capacity of role – Temporary to permanent position
Rate of pay – Up to £18.50 per hour

Our client is looking to add to their workshop with an addition of a multi skilled welder and fabricator. Candidates will have worked with both Stainless and Mild steel.
Main duties will include –
 Operating various welding equipment to weld components
 Reading, interpreting engineering drawings
 Cleaning, grinding and preparing metal surfaces to ensure a smooth finish
 Inspecting finished goods to ensure they meet companies standards

Candidate attributes –
 Welding experience
 Fabrication knowledge
 Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
