We are currently recruiting for 1–2 MIG Welders to join an established engineering company based in Chorley. This is a great opportunity for experienced welders looking for ongoing work with consistent hours.
Working Hours
*
Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
*
Friday: 07:30 – 12:30
*
Total: 39 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
*
Carry out MIG welding on steel components
*
Work from engineering drawings and specifications
*
Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
*
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
*
Work alongside fabrication and production teams to meet project deadlines
Requirements
*
Proven MIG welding experience
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
*
Strong attention to detail
*
Good understanding of health & safety procedures
*
Reliable and punctual
PPE Required
*
Safety boots
*
Overalls
*
Fire-retardant welding PPE
