We are currently looking for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a growing team maintaining luxury residential properties across the region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled electrician who enjoys working across multiple sites delivering planned and reactive maintenance within high-end environments.
The Role
*
Electrical maintenance across high-end residential properties
*
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
*
Testing, inspection, and certification of distribution boards and fixed wiring
*
Fault finding and repair of electrical systems
*
Installation and maintenance of LED and emergency lighting
*
Working on single-phase and three-phase systems
*
Maintenance of plant room equipment including motors, pumps and FCUs
*
Liaising with specialist contractors when required
Working Hours
*
Monday – Friday
*
8:00am – 4:00pm
*
40 hours per week
Overtime paid at time and a half for all hours over 40 per week.
Holiday
Due to operational requirements, holiday between June and August is limited to one week.
Requirements

NVQ / City & Guilds Electrical Qualification (ESSENTIAL)
*
18th Edition (BS7671) (ESSENTIAL)
*
2391 / 2394 / 2395 Inspection & Testing (DESIRED)
*
Experience in electrical maintenance
*
Full UK Driving Licence
