Mobile HVAC Engineer
Devon & Cornwall | £45,000 + Company Van | Monday–Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join a well-established facilities management team supporting a long-term utilities contract across Devon and Cornwall.

This role is working across multiple depots, offices, and operational sites, providing planned and reactive maintenance within a stable contract environment. This position has become available due to a team member moving on and offers the opportunity to join a contract with over two years remaining and a strong pipeline of ongoing work.

The Role

As a Mobile HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across a range of mechanical and HVAC systems. Around 85% of the work will involve F-Gas and mechanical maintenance, with occasional support across wider building services when required.

Salary: £45,000

Company van provided

*

Monday–Friday: 08:00–17:00

*

1 in 4 call-out rota (£100 standby payment)

*

Long-term contract stability with over 2 years remaining

Key Responsibilities

*

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on HVAC systems

*

Service and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration equipment

*

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs across mechanical systems

*

Provide excellent client-facing service across multiple sites

*

Support wider maintenance tasks when required

*

Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks)

What We're Looking For

*

F-Gas certification (essential)

*

Experience working as a Mobile HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer

*

Strong mechanical and HVAC maintenance background

*

Comfortable working across multiple sites in a client-facing environment

*

A proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to support wider maintenance tasks when needed

*

Full UK driving licence
