A well-established and highly successful independent mortgage firm, with over 20 years’ experience and a strong, loyal client base, is looking for a Mortgage Administrator to support two busy Mortgage Advisers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with excellent long-term prospects.

The Role:

* Supporting advisers with mortgage cases from application through to completion

* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, lenders, and providers

* Managing applications via CRM systems and lender portals

* Ensuring all documentation is accurate and FCA compliant

* Processing protection business and maintaining high service standards

* General administration support

About You:

* Experience within mortgage administration, financial services, or banking

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Stable work history and looking for a long-term role

* Based within commuting distance of Walthamstow
