We require another technician for our Award winning VW Group specialist workshop .
We don’t just fix cars; we look after customers.
Earnings: £26,500 – £38,500 + 1.5x Overtime | Paid directly into your bank.

Your Role & Impact:
You won't just be "fixing cars"—you’ll be working with our service team to ensure a satisfactory outcome to our customer’s Journeys and bring value to their experience.
You will:
Be NVQ 3 qualified and/or at least 5 years workshop experience. Manufacturer training is a bonus. MoT tester is an advantage, but not essential.
Be a time served technician capable of handling diagnostic and repair duties along with being able to record and report your findings
Be comfortable working on: engines, transmission, suspension and all other vehicle systems including electrical to high standards
Be enthusiastic to drive Business Success by working collaboratively with the team to solve problems, escalate issues when needed, and ensure the image of the business is always looking sharp.
Maintain a Pro Environment: Take pride in a clean, safe, and organised business for both your teammates, yourself and our customers.
What You Bring to the Team
• A proactive, "can-do" energy and a passion for the Motor Trade.
• Tech-Savvy, comfortable using a PC, tablet and Diagnostic equipment.
• A clean UK driving licence.
Ability to communicate with staff and (occasionally) customers
• Knowledge of VW Group Brands is a major plus, but for the right person, we provide the training
