Maintain the condition and safe use of company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
Diagnose issues and organize necessary materials for swift resolutions.
Minimize customer disruption during maintenance activities while ensuring high standards.
You
Qualified in NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade such as plumbing or joinery.
Valid CSCS card and full driving license are mandatory.
Experience in social housing repairs, voids, and maintenance.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations in construction.
