Location: Moorgate, London
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to provide high‑quality maintenance and engineering support across a commercial site. You’ll work closely with the Contract Manager and building stakeholders to ensure all building services operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out PPM, reactive and proactive maintenance across all M&E systems.
* Perform routine inspections, fault finding, repairs, and minor installations.
* Ensure all plant and equipment operate at optimal performance levels.
* Issue permits and maintain compliance with Health & Safety standards.
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and building management teams.
* Support KPI performance and escalate risks where needed.
* Act as point of contact during Contract Manager absence.
About You
* Strong background in commercial maintenance.
* Confident communicator with experience in tenant‑facing environments.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and make quick, effective decisions.
* Flexible, proactive, and able to support operational demands.
Qualifications
Essential:
* NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 in a relevant engineering discipline.
* Formal electrical, mechanical, or building services qualification.
* L8 Domestic qualification.
* 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
Desirable:
* LV Authorised Person
* HVAP certification
* Good IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
