Multi Skilled Operative
Responsibilities
Carrying out a variety of skilled tasks including carpentry, Plumbing, plastering, and general maintenance works at social housing sites.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard whilst adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Managing and prioritising workload effectively to meet deadlines.
Communicating with tenants and team members to ensure smooth operational delivery.
Completing relevant documentation and reports associated with each job.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Multi Skilled Operative within the social housing or property maintenance sector.
NVQ qualification relevant to the trade.
Full driving licence is essential.
Ability to work independently and utilise initiative when required.
Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
