We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Trader / Property Maintenance Engineer to join our maintenance team.

This is a hands-on role carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across domestic and commercial properties.

The work includes:

* Carpentry and joinery

* Doors and fire doors

* Kitchens and bathrooms

* General plumbing

* Plastering and dry lining

* Tiling and flooring

* Painting and decorating

* Brickwork, render and repointing

* Gutters, fascias and fencing

* General property repairs

You do not need to be able to do everything on the list. We’re looking for someone with a strong core trade and experience working across different areas of property maintenance.

You’ll Need

* 2+ years' recent full-time PAYE experience in a similar role

* Proven property maintenance / multi-trade experience

* Full UK driving licence

* Your own tools

* Ability to work independently and complete jobs properly

CSCS, Asbestos Awareness and additional trade qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
