Day to Day:
Property maintenance
Skills required:
Plumbing – stopping leaks – unblocking WCs/sinks/etc.
Carpentry – changing locks / repairs to frames/ overhauling doors.
Some brickwork repairs.
Patch repairs to plaster.
Stick on floor tiles
Damp & mould
Decoration
